How it works, step by step
- Send your medical order on WhatsApp, by phone or through the website.
- Choose the location and time. Complete the digital pre-check-in and receive the preparation instructions.
- Have your exam with the same team and the same equipment that serve all patients.
- Get your result online.
What you don’t need
For self-pay patients, no plan form or health plan authorization is needed. You don’t depend on the plan’s waiting time to book the exam.
Tips to save time
- Have your medical order at hand (a clear photo is enough for the first contact).
- If the order includes more than one exam, ask whether everything can be done on the same day: Vita Imagem has the main imaging exams in one place.
- Check the preparation before leaving home: some exams require fasting or a full bladder.
- Our locations open at 6:30 a.m., for those who need to have their exam before work. Booking is available from 8 a.m.
